It’s simply a matter of more leads than we have money to invest. After two years of trial and error (and alot of road-miles!) we’ve built a model, network and experience that is delivering multiple off-market deals every week. Problem is, we can only invest in a couple at a time, the rest we have to turn down. Now given the amount of time, money and effort that went into building this deal flow, instead of wasting these leads we want to work with investors to take advantage of some of those we’re turning down.

How’s it Work?

Analyse the Deals

We receive off-market deals which we measure against our strict criteria

Confirmation to Proceed

We provide a provisional Yes or No answer within 90 minutes

STEP-3

Conveyancing

Providing nothing major comes up, we aim to complete within 4 weeks

STEP-4

Renovation

Any relevant renovations take place and the property is put on the market

STEP-5

Sale

We offer small discounts to cash buyers, free from chains to speed up the process

STEP-6

Profit Split

Profit split according to which model we’re using
